Hello! My name is Fyodor Sokolovsky. I love crypto and web development, and I'm a solo developer and an independent trader — not a company or corporation. This website is my personal project.

My journey began with Forex. First I fell for investment scams and pyramid schemes, then I worked with many well-known forex brokers, and later I switched almost completely to crypto.

I have read a huge amount of trading literature: Turtles, Schwager, Elder, Gerchik, candlestick analysis and chart patterns, Price Action, every indicator, and countless video courses — too many to list. I carry a huge amount of theoretical knowledge, only to eventually realize that at most ~10% of it is actually useful; everything else is just the same known information paraphrased in slightly different words.

And the second thing I learned — there are no "holy grails" or secrets, only a methodology built on risk management, patience to wait for the right setups and avoid FOMO.

Today I focus on the cryptocurrency market. My main interests are scalping and arbitrage, and I recently started exploring trading bots that I write myself. Lately — bots for momentum trading on funding rates.

The screeners on Token-Screener.com, the one you are on right now, are the result of my personal experience and the need for fast, convenient tools to find arbitrage combinations and monitor market data without tens of open browser tabs — everything gathered in one tool.

I develop this project on my own, and I try to make it easily accessible to everyone — without registrations, paid subscriptions, private paid channels, or the other things that annoy me about existing screeners and trader services.

This project contains ads, so I can continue to maintain it and add new features.

Beginning: Forex

In 2014-15 I opened my first terminal — MetaTrader 4. Like many, I started with Forex — studying technical analysis, testing strategies, keeping a trade diary in Excel. This experience gave me the most important thing: the understanding that the market does not forgive mistakes in risk management and is fundamentally probabilistic. There are no magic bullets or secret strategies — only discipline and the ability to wait for clear situations where the odds are tilted in your favor.

Moving into crypto in 2021

The crypto market attracted me with new opportunities — scalping on the order book. For those who don't know, Forex has no order book and no real volume data, while on the crypto market the trading terminal lets you see large orders, place limit orders. There are other opportunities too: arbitrage, a wider variety of trading methods. For me it became a whole new level.

The screener you see now is a tool I originally built for myself. Only later did I get the idea to make it public and free — just open it and use it. At this stage I'm far from having done everything I wanted; I plan to add a liquidity and spread screener (for inter-exchange arbitrage), and there will surely be other ideas. I also need to expand the blog.
